We are seeking a skilled and motivated automotive professional to join our service team in a role focused on the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of vehicles. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and scheduled inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately while following manufacturer procedures and dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles for safety, wear, and additional service needs, documenting findings clearly and thoroughly.
• Communicate repair needs and status updates to service advisors or management as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Use technical information, service manuals, and diagnostic resources to support accurate repairs.
• Follow all warranty, recall, and customer-pay repair processes according to established guidelines.
• Support teamwork within the service department to help ensure timely turnaround and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive repair, maintenance, or a similar technical service role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on a variety of vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturer service procedures, shop tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, technical documents, and service information.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as required by the position.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Ford and Hyundai vehicles is highly valued.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer training are a plus.
• Experience with modern diagnostic systems, electrical troubleshooting, and repair processes.
