We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support daily accounting and administrative operations in a busy office environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.
  • Reconcile account balances and help resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for internal review.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal team members.
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks related to accounting operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
